Loosely tied to Evergreen's mission of environmental science and heavily influenced by our Experiential Learning model, Evergreen Summer Adventures' enrichment classes offer campers a chance to explore various content as taught by both Evergreen teachers and guest teachers from the Asheville community. It also offers teachers a chance to teach to their passions without the constraints of the state curriculum!

Again like last year, for 4th-9th graders, is the opportunity for Extended Enrichment Classes. For folks interested in adventure beyond Evergreen's walls, these classes will be offered during our regular enrichment time M-TH, with a special all-day, off campus adventure planned for Friday.

Below is list of 2020 class titles. Full descriptions are available under the Enrichment Classes menu above. Until registration begins, this schedule is tentative. Let's Chat Cherokee, Wilderness Skills, and Mountain Biking (July 20-24 only), will be offered as Extended Enrichments.
