For reference, here are two forms that will be filled out within the registration form:

Please use these if you will need to send medications along with your camper. Plan ahead! They will need to be filled out and signed by a physician.
Registration fee - $30/family
Weekly fee - $225/child
The registration fee is due upon registration, and is paid under a parent's MyPaymentsPlus account. Weekly fees will be posted to the student's account after the registration fee is paid. There will be a several-day turnaround between registration payment and the posting of weekly fees. Follow the instructions below if you need to create a MyPaymentsPlus account.
All payments for Evergreen Summer Adventures will be through Evergreen's payment portal, MyPaymentsPlus. If you do not have a MyPaymentsPlus account already, you will need to create one. When you do, you will need to choose Evergreen Community Charter School as the district, indicate that you're a parent, and then skip the Student ID step (we will do that for you after you register). We will post weekly fees after we create your child's account, and you will receive an email directly from MyPaymentsPlus once the fees are posted.
