What are your hours?
During normal summers, our full camp day enrollment option is 8:00-5:30 daily. Our enrichment-only option is 8:45-11:15 only.
For 2021, our hours are 8:00-4:30PM, and we have no partial-day option. The shorter day is to accommodate a smaller staff.
Where is Evergreen and how do I get a hold of you?
What is the drop off and pick up procedure?
For morning drop off, come inside the Evergreen gym and initial the sign in/sign out sheet, and speak to the person at the camp desk, or at least one staff member.
For pickup, also come in and initial the sheet. Please also give your name to the person at the camp desk. All persons picking up are logged, and only those on approved pickup lists may sign children out.

We have two buildings. One is the gym, the other is not. It's big, you'll see it.

Do you provide lunch?
No. Campers should bring a morning snack and a full lunch. Many kids also find it useful to have an afternoon snack as well, especially if they stay past 3PM.
What if my child has special needs?
Every child is more than welcome to be here! But, parents know their children best. Please let us know in advance of any particular concerns or of any accommodations that would be necessary for your child to attend, and we will work case-by-case to determine if we can provide a positive experience for your child.
What is your cancellation policy?
Registration fees are non-refundable. Weekly attendance fees can be cancelled or refunded only if we are notified more than two weeks in advance of non-attendance.
What if I need to make changes to my camp registration, attendance, or enrichment class sign-up?
Your emailed confirmations from the camp registration form contains an edit link unique to your form. Please make changes with as much notice as possible. Cancellation policy explained below.
Can I sign up daily, for part of a week, or for only part of the day?
There is no partial week option. All registrations and fees are week-at-a-time, regardless of actual days attended.
What if I need someone else to pick up my children?
We maintain approved pickup lists from campers' enrollment forms. If someone you've not listed on your enrollment form is going to pick your kids up from camp, please email AND , and/or call our direct number, (828) 484-4989.
